The lanternfish lives where sunlight fades and familiar shapes become uncertain. It doesn't make enough light to dominate its surroundings, only enough to recognise them. Each night it travels toward the surface and returns to the depths by dawn, carrying knowledge of both worlds. We couldn't imagine a better symbol for the way we approach design.
